Meet Skylar

I joined Lawrence Stephens in January 2025 as Head of Immigration,  bringing with me a wealth of experience in immigration law. I completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Westminster, a Master’s degree in Legal Practice at Nottingham Trent University and hold an LLB (Hons) from BPP Law School.

Alongside my studies, I gained valuable experience through pro-bono work at the Camden Community Law Centre. I also had the opportunity to work for a Congressman at the United States House of Representatives and tutored Law to LPC students, which further developed my legal expertise.

At Lawrence Stephens, I specialise in immigration law and provide strategic advice to both corporate and private clients, representing high-net-worth individuals, high-profile professionals, and businesses. My work involves preparing a wide range of immigration applications, including sponsor licences, Skilled Worker visas, Global Business Mobility route visas, Global Talent visas, family visas, indefinite leave to remain, and British citizenship applications.

I am an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and frequently contribute to media discussions, having appeared on platforms such as GB News, FOX, and Talk Radio. My articles are regularly featured in publications like American in Britain magazine, The Expatriate’s Guide to the UK, and Legal Cheek. I also featured on the Legally Speaking Podcast to discuss my legal journey.
