Meet Anoushka

I am a recruitment professional and have worked within recruitment for over 10 years now. My experience comes within both agency and in-house at large retailers such as Ocado.

My role at Lawrence Stephens allows me to headhunt for top talent across various specialisms and ensure we're continuously providing the best possible service for our prospective employees. We pride ourselves on our culture, gender diversity and inclusion at Lawrence Stephens and I'm keen to keep growing the firm with our values at the forefront of every offer we make.

Outside of work, I am a mum of two and love to binge a good Netflix series (when I have time!)
