September 2026
Lawrence Stephens is pleased to announce that Myles Levy has joined the firm as a Partner in our Construction team.
Myles brings extensive experience advising developers, investors, lenders, contractors and other stakeholders on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. His practice spans commercial and residential developments, development finance and real estate transactions across a wide range of sectors, including residential, office, retail, hotel, industrial, logistics and infrastructure projects.
Alongside his transactional work, Myles has a strong contentious construction practice, advising clients in adjudication, litigation and alternative dispute resolution concerning payment disputes, defects claims, delays, health and safety issues, and other complex construction matters. He also has particular expertise in Building Safety Act matters, construction insolvency and construction insurance issues.
Myles’ arrival further strengthens the firm’s offering to clients involved in construction and development projects, providing specialist support throughout the lifecycle of a project and in the resolution of disputes.
Tom Pemberton, Partner and Head of Construction, commented:
