Solicitors in Lawrence Stephens’ Corporate & Commercial department have completed a further three acquisitions for Ansor Group companies, Compliance Group and ALS Dental Group.

The deals were led by Senior Director, Steven Bernstein, with support from Senior Associate, Katherine Zangana. The team acted for ALS Dental Group to acquire Cardiff Orthodontic Laboratory and Woodford Dental Services, and also enabled the acquisition of Electrical Installation and Testing UK LTD (EIAT) for Compliance Group.

Cardiff Orthodontic Laboratory was established in 1999 and has been servicing clients across South Wales for more than 21 years, while Woodford Dental Services has been in operation since 1987 and specialises in cosmetic dental work and prosthetics – two key acquisitions which will significantly enhance ALS’s growing portfolio of dental practices.

Compliance Group’s strategic acquisition of EIAT – founded in 1998 and based in Watton, Norfolk – allows the business to further expand its offering of building health and safety compliance services.
