I joined Lawrence Stephens in January 2024 and currently in the Real Estate team.

Having previously worked at a city law firm and dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property, I have experience in commercial and residential property, including working for borrowers, property developers and lenders.

I am committed to personal and professional development and keen to enhance my legal knowledge within real estate and am currently studying LLM LPC part time after successfully completing my GDL at BPP University.

In addition to my law degree, I have a degree in veterinary medicine and previously practiced as a veterinary surgeon.

Having also previously own my own business, I am able to view situations from a business perspective, understand client’s needs and tailor my advice with an analytical and entrepreneurial approach.

Outside of work, I play tennis, enjoy swimming, love traveling and exploring new places, relaxing in nature and am keen to join a rowing club soon.

I  joined Lawrence Stephens Solicitors in September 2019 from a West End firm where I was a Partner specialising in residential property and private client work.

I qualified in 1997 and won the Law Society prize for outstanding performance in my final year at law school in London, where I graduated with a Distinction.

Since then, I have established a loyal and expanding client base of both UK based and offshore clients.  I have extensive experience in all aspects of residential property, including lease extensions and the buying and selling of all types of property. I advise on the full cycle of a property transaction to ensure clients receive an outstanding service.

I am married with two children and retain a keen interest in the beloved Arsenal FC, Southend United FC and Essex Cricket Club.  Having played football at semi-professional level (many years ago) I still play twice a week and captain my local cricket club in the summer months.

With more than a decade’s experience in the prime and core London residential real estate market, I joined Lawrence Stephens as Head of Residential Real Estate.

My established network of clients and business contacts is largely made up of HNW and UHNW private individuals, end users, investors and developers, both individuals and corporate entities, and trust administrators based domestically and internationally.

My specialities include property sales and acquisitions, as well as a vast amount of commercial and mixed-use land acquisitions for residential development, financing and refinancing of individual properties and property portfolios.

Having been recognised as a leading lawyer in directories and a ‘key player’ among professionals within the residential property industry, my attention to detail and reputation as a ‘trusted advisor’ enables clients and introducers of business to gain successful outcomes.  I enjoy developing new and existing professional relationships and am described as being extremely proactive and approachable.

When not working, I am a real ‘foodie’ with a passion for trying new restaurants in and around London.  To counterbalance, I’m an avid gym goer and will attend various fitness classes and gyms around town to keep fit.

Experience highlights

  • The sale of a £10m flat in Belgravia
  • The purchase of a £12m house purchase in Kensington, Phillimore Estate
  • Purchase of various properties and subsequent refinancing of the property portfolio
  • The purchase of a coach house, which entailed various intricacies and included multiple dwellings relief and a stamp duty saving
  • Purchase of several houses on the prestigious Wentworth Estate

I advise on all aspects of residential property transactions, from acting for freehold and leaseholders to first time purchasers and high value land estates.  I also work with investment companies to increase their portfolio of properties.

My clients include individuals, HNWs, trustees and overseas clientele.  I am focused on ensuring that my clients receive a service tailored to their needs so that they achieve their desired result.

The service that I provide is personal and flexible to ensure that my clients are confident that their sale and/or purchase is carried out thoroughly and efficiently.  As well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating all the necessary documentation, I will conduct the relevant in-depth searches on my client’s behalf to minimise any risks during their transactions.

I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines.  There are still several countries that I wish to explore on my bucket list!  I am also a keen writer and hope one day to be able to write a novel… I will finish your purchase first though!

I joined Lawrence Stephens’ Real Estate department as a paralegal in January 2022. In 2024, I qualified as a solicitor within the team.

Prior to this, I read History at the University of Warwick before going on to complete the LLM Law Conversion at BPP Law School in 2019.  My legal studies left me with an interest in both Commercial and Residential Property matters and I am currently studying for my SQE.

Just as comfortable at a sports game as at a concert, my interests are wide-ranging. I am notably in the midst of completing the ’92 Club Challenge’ which involves visiting all of the football league stadiums.

With over 15 years’ experience and exposure to a broad range of residential property matters, I joined Lawrence Stephens in November 2022 as an Associate in the Real Estate Team. I am now a Senior Associate.

I undertake all residential property matters largely in central London and, in recent years, have thoroughly enjoyed acting for overseas investors on prestigious London new build developments. I am focused on providing a structured but personable service for my clients.

Away from the office, I am a keen foodie – passionate about all things related to food from fine dining and champagne brunches to street food and experimenting with new recipes.  I also enjoy hosting dinners, reading and running when time permits and am at my happiest when spending quality time with family and friends.
