Meet Claire

I qualified as a Solicitor in January 2022 having previously worked in the property department of a City firm and I joined Lawrence Stephens’ Real Estate Finance (borrower team) in April 2024.

I started my career as a paralegal, having worked at an international firm whilst also studying for the LPC part-time prior to commencing my training contract at a Legal 500 firm.

I have experience in dealing with a range of real estate matters with a particular focus on secured lending, bridging loans and property refinance transactions and I have acted for individuals and corporate borrowers on development and refurbishment loans with both freehold and leasehold aspects.

Outside of work I enjoy travel, cooking and keeping fit.
